RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returning Orders
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply email us or call us within 30 days of your receipt for a full refund less the cost incurred when shipping your to you.  Returned items must be unwashed, unused and accompanied with all original tags, paperwork and packaging.  Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and outbound shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

There are no restocking fees for returns initiated within 30 days of your receipt.  Once your return request is approved, please ship the items with an insured carrier (UPS, Federal Express, US Post Office) and retain your receipt as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 days for processing.  A credit will be issued to the original credit card minus the actual outbound shipping charge for orders that received the “free shipping” promotion. 

To request an RMA please send an email to returns@ababysplace.com and provide the following information: order number; name of product to be returned; condition of product; reason for return and whether you would like a replacement, exchange or refund.  Once the RMA has been issued, your returned items must arrive in our warehouse within 20 days.  Please do not return item until you receive the RMA email.  Oftentimes we will have you ship returns to warehouse location different from where it shipped.

Personalized items, yardage and opened wallpaper border is non-refundable and non-returnable.  Items marked clearance or discontinued are not eligible for returns or exhanges.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise  
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can quickly take action.

Returning a Gift
Returned gifts can be credited to the original credit card or issued an in-store credit.  Returned gifts are subject to the terms of our standard return policy. 

Cancelled Orders
We understand that from time to time situations arise which might cause our customer’s to cancel an existing order.  Not to worry; it’s easy shopping with ababysplace.com.  Just contact us at customerservice@ababysplace.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will modify or cancel your order free of charge.  Cancellation requests for orders that have already been placed with the manufacturer oftentimes cannot be accommodated.  If you do not want the merchandise, you will need to return it to us and it will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy.

Fabric Swatches
Ababysplace.com makes every attempt for our photos to be the closest color match to the actual colors used in the bedding and accessories.  But since there is no alternative to seeing, touching and feeling actual fabrics, we suggest you request fabric swatches whenever possible. 

Swatch Sets ($5 per collection) can be ordered online for New Arrivals bedding as well as New Arrivals fabrics ($2 per fabric).  Please let us know if you need you need assistance finding the appropriate swatch part number. 

Swatch Sets for Glenna Jean and Sweet Potato products are available for $5 per collection.  Please contact us if you would like to order.  Many of our vendors such as American Baby Company, My Baby Sam, Cotton Tale Designs and N. Selby Designs currently offer free fabric swatches. Please contact us as customerservice@ababysplace.com and let us know the collection you are interested in the mailing address.
