Sozo introduced six new crib
bedding sets and coordinating accessories in June,
2006. Sozo introducted new crib bedding accessores
such as diaperstackers and sherpa blankets. Displayed below
are all 6 of Sozo's new crib bedding collections.
Sozo, a Japanese word
meaning creation and imagination, was launched in 2003 by Tracie
Gildea. Sozo is the result of her not being able to find baby bedding
and accessories she liked when trying to decorate her son's nursery.
Tracie was repeatedly disappointed by the predictability of most crib
bedding - lavender and lace for girls and basic blue with
transportation themes for boys. It became quite obvious to her that if
she wanted a more sophisticated look for her nursery that was still kid
friendly, she was going to have to design it herself. Tracie connected
with designer, Lynda Allen, who ended up creating the graphic images
for Sozo's complete room themes. A few of our favorite Sozo baby

Gildea and Lynda Allen not only ceated interesting and whimsical crib
bedding themes, they have aslo have also created a unique line
of accessories that assist in personalizing each
nursery. For parents that are looking to add a designer flair
to the nursery, Sozo offers sheer, silk appliqued crib skirts and
valances which layer over the cotton versions. This layering
adds a layer of interest and luxury to the crib bedding and
window treatment. Sozo also offers coordinating lamp shades,
nite-lites and character shaped pillows which will add a finishing
touch to any nursery.

Although Sozo has recently
retired their Sumo, Plum Blossom, Poppies, Pandamonium and Field of
Dreams crib bedding sets, they will be introducing two new sets in the
fall: Barnyard and Ladybug.
Once you decide on a Sozo
room theme from above, you can add the finishing touches to your babies
nursery by mixing or matching coordinating accessories such as a lamp
shade, nite lite, valance or pillow.
